Balmaitree Pratisthan School ( BMP School ) was established in 2010 as “ Children’s Castle, “ school designed toprovide quality education and make children experience international standard at local level . Late ShreeRam Thapa , founding director of “Balmaitree Pratisthan School ( BMP School )” realized the need to create an envionment for youg children that enrich both acadmically and spiritually . BMP School is committed for the welfare of children.

 School ia always a second home for student it’s heavan , a sanctuary and the place where the best memories of ones life have been made. Balmaitree is an inttitution where values are taught and children are encouraged to grow to their full potential. The greatness of school can be measured by what it produces . BMP School strives to impart qualiy education to studen who hails form different part of the country . it consistently emphasis on character fomation , academic excellence , physical and mental growth through varous co-curricular activities. On the whole our school aims holistic development of our school.

Joseph B. Niraula (Josh) is a highly respected senior educator and an inspiring leader in the field of education and training. He is the former Principal of St. Xavier’s School, Godavari, and the Founder Principal of Campion Academy, Campion College, and Godavari Residential School (GRS).
An internationally acclaimed trainer, Josh has designed, organized, and conducted numerous training programs in Nepal and abroad, impacting educators, leaders, parents, and institutions alike. He holds the distinction of being the first Nepali certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Trainer and Coach, and is also a skilled practitioner of Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
Balmaitree Pratisthan (BMP) is deeply honored to benefit from his guidance and presence. With over five decades of leadership experience in education and training, Josh’s involvement will significantly enhance the academic and holistic quality of BMP. As an accomplished trainer in Child Psychology, Parenting, and Teacher Development, he provides timely, compassionate, and effective guidance to students, teachers, and staff alike.
Under his mentorship and vision, BMP is poised to emerge as one of the most modern, progressive, and child-centered schools in the country.

With over a decade of experience in the education sector and a background in engineering, he brings expertise in building strong and lasting foundations—not only for the institution but also for every child who walks through its doors.

He is committed to creating a nurturing learning environment equipped with all the necessary facilities to help young learners grow into confident and responsible future leaders. Under his leadership, BMP School continues to strive for excellence, providing every student with the support they need to develop their character, discover their talents, and achieve their full potential.

Pre-school education is the very foundation of early development in children. It helps young learners build basic skills such as communication, social behavior, creativity, independence, and self-confidence. Mrs.Babita Bista Thapa;a veteran in the field of pre-school education, with almost two decades worth of experience in the field, has dedicated her career to nurturing and guiding children during their early years. With her expertise,she understands that every child is unique and learns at a different pace; requiring care, patience, and encouragement. She prioritizes creating a safe, loving, and joyful learning environment where children feel secure and motivated to learn. 
She has received the ICDP certification as well as UNICEF’s TOF’s training; making her not just a commendable educator , but also a leader. With her guidance, BMP has grown to become a safe haven for all children. With her strong experience and child-centered approach, Mrs. Babita Bista Thapa continues to make a positive and meaningful contribution to pre-school education.

Mr. Ashok Bernard Doss serves as the Vice Principal of BMP School. With experience across various educational institutions, he is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment for every child. He works closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote academic excellence, character development, and the holistic growth of each learner.

Mrs. Babita Raut, our Pre-Primary Coordinator & In-charge, is passionate about Montessori education and dedicated to nurturing young minds through a child-centered approach. With numerous training programs, workshops, and certifications in Montessori and Early Childhood Education, she inspires children to learn, explore, and grow with confidence. 

Mrs. Laxmi Deshar, our Primary Coordinator & In-Charge, is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. With her compassionate leadership, dedication, and child-centered approach, she works closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure quality education and holistic development. Her passion for guiding young learners and supporting academic excellence inspires children to become confident, curious, and lifelong learners.
